robots found at a lost world

i found these robots near dusseldorf / germany at the museumsinsel hombroich (page is german language only).

the museumsinsel (museum island) is best described as some kind of open air museum consisting of several exhibition buildings lavishly distributed across a beautifully natural landscaped park and diverse gardens.

visiting there gives you the feeling of discovering a lost world and its artifacts.



































so discovering these rusty robots (made by museumsinsel resident artist anatol) gives you a feeling like being at laputa, the magical place featured in the famous hayao miyazaki movie of the same name.
