it is disguised as an original 70s toy complete with a background story about an imaginary live action tv show.
It was created by max nagata, the man owning the ultimate ULTRAMAN collection (as already mentioned on this blog).
made by a toy maniac for the toy maniacs, that's the way its got to be.
